Standard gang transport chains have eight positions (single or double handcuffs, furnished by purchaser) separated by 24" lengths of chain. Other length chains can be custom-made at the same cost per position.

The many uses for this chain make it the number one group control chain in today's custody market. Its use in a maximum-security unit during a disturbance or unit fire would allow and orderly and secure evacuation to a more secure unit.
