The first meeting of C & S Security, Inc. was held on August 11, 1971 for the purpose of developing a corporation whose purpose was the production of prisoner tranporting equipment. This corporation has developed and patented the first handcuff cover (the black box) for the protection of the handcuff's locking device and the development of body chains for use with our handcuff cover. The expansion of other security equipment as might improve the safety of any officers in the business of transporting prisoners.
